I'm so excited to announce my Senior Model Rep Program!

A rep program is a an opportunity for extra photo shoots which = extra images and more ways to express yourself! There is also the possibility to be part of fun, styled shoots with Tales Of A Dream. A Jamie Skripac Photography Model Rep is someone who has a strong sense of self and likes to have fun. Someone who is passionate about life and loves to express themselves. And of course someone who will have fun on a photo shoot and loves having their picture taken! It's very inspiring when my clients have ideas of their own. It tells me that you are excited and invested in what we are doing. My rep should be someone who uses social media and will want to share their images from our sessions and give the photographer a shout out!

It is not a marketing job. I do not ask my reps to hand out cards or flyers. However, referrals are a great compliment and I love when my clients refer other great clients to me. I do ask that we meet and a contract is signed so that we are both comfortable and confident with our arrangement. A parent or guardian needs to sign.

I would have loved the opportunity to do something like this when I was a High School Senior. I had a not so great senior photo in the year book. That was it. One photo to sum up my senior year. If I recall I spent the day at the beach and could barely be bothered to fix my hair. I had a hair wrap (remember those?) that I got from Lollapalooza or maybe it was Great America. Anyway, I tried to hide by flipping my hair to one side.

I remember thinking back then that I hated this picture of myself. I didn't feel pretty, just generally awkward. I think that is probably normal for many young girls, to feel unsure of themselves or insecure. But I look at this picture now and I see so many positive things about myself!

I'm glad I've learned over the years to focus on the positive. I think photography has helped me do that in a lot of ways. I would LOVE to do the same for young girls and guys. To show them through photography how beautiful they really are. To help their inner beauty shine through. Yes, it's nice to have a flattering image of yourself, but a senior portrait experience should also be about personality and self expression. Everyone is beautiful in their own unique way and I love capturing that.

My goal is to build new relationships and create fun experiences. I want you to feel great about representing me and my business, so I will work hard to give you a unique and amazing senior portrait experience that you will in turn want to brag about!

I will be reviewing applicants throughout the next month, but I will only be teaming up with a small number of reps. Please don't be discouraged if you are not selected . This is absolutely NOT a beauty contest or a model search. Due to the amount of work and time that goes in to these photo shoots, I can only select a few reps and I must be sure we are a great fit.

The application is a fun way for us to get to know each other. There are no wrong answers. Just be YOU!
