Will I get all the images on a disc?

Digital files on disc or otherwise are not automatically released.  They can however be purchased through packages or the a la carte option. They are delivered via email and clients download directly to their computer. I do not '“burn discs” or dvds.

What is the difference between a high resolution and low resolution digital file?  What is an edited digital file vs a retouched digital file?

A high resolution file is 300dpi and ideal for printing.  A low resolution file is 72dpi and ideal for social media sharing and web viewing.  Many times, low resolution files will be watermarked with the photographers name.

An edited digital file has been color corrected, cropped and has had minor adjustments made.  A retouched digital file has been edited and has had in-depth adjustments for perfection.  It may or may not have artistic enhancements.

A digital file (whether high or low res, edited or retouched) is a computer file of the image that can be downloaded to your computer and with proper authority, shared and printed.   

How to book me.

Once you have read through the FAQs and pricing guide, click on “contact me” and send me an email letting me know what you are looking for.  I will send you additional information on pricing at that time and answer any questions you may have. We can meet for a consultation or chat on the phone to plan our shoot together!  I will email you a contract and digital magazine to look over detailing step by step what to expect, how to prepare for the shoot and what you can look forward to in the products you chose.  The contract must be signed and returned on or before the shoot.  Payment is due with contract.

What happens after the shoot?  How will I get my proofs?  

I will go through and edit the images from the shoot and select the very best.  The number of final images varies from shoot to shoot.  Clients will receive an email with a link to a private online gallery containing their edited proofs. Collections, prints, digital images and other products can be purchased through this gallery.  

Purchased prints and products are inspected and delivered by me or picked up by client. 

If your shoot needs to be scheduled on two days rather than one there will be an additional fee added to session price. (Fee may vary depending on locations and time, custom quotes available.)
